Summary of the CV I have been active in NGO since about 17 years, and for 15 years as a trainer and consultant. My very specific knowledge in training were Participatory Approaches and Methodologies in organizing and dealing with community, Strategic Planning, Advocacy, and Human Rights and Democracy. Apart of training and education, I did also some consultation, evaluation, writing articles and introductions for some book, and giving speeches in some seminars and discussions.
